Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Omnilert, the internal operations platform of Omnilert Food and Beverages. They are written for the people who actually use it — employees, franchisees, and service crews — and they sit alongside, not in place of, your employment contract and company policies.

Authorized use only

Omnilert is an internal workplace system — accounts are provisioned, never sold or self-registered.

Records are official

Verifications, logs, and notices are operational records the business relies on. Keep them accurate.

Philippine law governs

These Terms sit alongside your employment contract, company policy, and Philippine law.

01The service

Omnilert is operated by Omnilert Food and Beverages for its own brands, branches, and franchisees. It manages attendance and shifts, employee profiles and requirements, case reports, violation notices, POS verifications and sessions, purchase order tracking, PCF verifications, cash and authorization requests, inventory variances, store CCTV audits, peer evaluations, and operational analytics.

What you can see and do depends on your role, branch, and permissions. Omnilert is not offered for sale, subscription, or self-service registration to the public.

02Accounts and access

Accounts are provisioned by Omnilert and its franchise administrators. Registration requests are reviewed and approved before access is granted, and your organization may create, adjust, suspend, or remove your account in line with its policies.

Keep your credentials and PIN to yourself, enter accurate information, and report unauthorized access promptly. Activity performed through your account is attributed to you unless it results from a failure of Omnilert's systems.

03Acceptable use

Use Omnilert only for authorized work. In particular, you must not:

  • Falsify attendance, clock-ins, POS verifications, PCF counts, inventory counts, audits, or case reports — or ask someone else to.
  • Open employee files, branch records, or features your role does not grant you.
  • Alter, delete, or misuse CCTV footage or other audit media.
  • Upload unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content.
  • Probe, overload, or bypass the platform's security or access controls, or extract data by automated means without written authorization.

04Operational records and integrity

Verifications, audit trails, attendance logs, variance records, and violation notices are official operational records of the business. Omnilert Food and Beverages and its franchisees rely on them for payroll, accountability, and decisions — which is why the platform preserves who did what, and when.

You and your organization are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and you must have the authority to submit the records and media you upload.

05Employment matters

Omnilert documents and supports HR and operational processes; it does not replace them. Violation notices, case outcomes, and employment decisions recorded in the platform are governed by your employment contract, company policy, and Philippine labor law — including the processes those require. If you dispute a record, raise it through your HR or branch administrator.

06Integrations

Optional integrations, such as Google Calendar synchronization, are governed additionally by the third party's terms. You choose whether to connect them and may disconnect at any time; third-party outages may delay synchronization or removal of synced items.

07Availability and changes

We work to keep Omnilert dependable, but maintenance, technical faults, or third-party failures may occasionally interrupt it. Because the platform is built around Omnilert's own operations, features change as the operation changes — we may add, adjust, or retire functionality, and will communicate changes that affect daily use through appropriate channels.

08Intellectual property

The Omnilert platform — software, interface, and branding — belongs to Omnilert Food and Beverages or its licensors. Your access is a limited, revocable right to use it for authorized work, not a transfer of ownership. Records and content submitted by you or your organization remain yours; you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display them to operate the service.

09Suspension and termination

Access ends when your employment, franchise, or authorization ends, and may be suspended earlier where these Terms or company policy are violated or security is at risk. Provisions that should survive — record integrity, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — remain in effect.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Omnilert is provided "as is" and "as available." It supports operational decisions but does not replace required human review or legal processes. To the extent Philippine law permits, Omnilert Food and Beverages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Philippine courts, subject to any mandatory procedures under applicable law.

When these Terms change, the revised version will be published here with a new effective date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where the law permits. Questions: support@omnilert.app.
