About the Omnilert App

The Omnilert app is a workforce operations platform available at https://omnilert.app/, operated by Omnilert Food and Beverages, a branch-based food and beverage business in the Philippines. Omnilert is a private, invitation-only web application: accounts are created by an employer for its own employees, and there is no public sign-up.

The app name shown on the Google OAuth consent screen is Omnilert, which is the same name used on this website, in the site header, and throughout the application.

Omnilert requests the following Google scopes, and only these: openid, email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.

• openid and email are used solely to identify which Google account an Omnilert user has linked, so that calendar events are written to the correct calendar. The Google email address is stored and displayed back to the user so they can see which account is connected.
• calendar.events is used solely to create, update, and delete private copies of the user's own Omnilert meetings on their primary Google Calendar.

Omnilert stores the linked Google email address, the authorized scopes, an OAuth refresh token encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, the identifiers of calendar events it created, and synchronization status. Omnilert does not read, import, or index existing calendar events, does not add Google attendees, and does not send Google Calendar invitations.

Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to third parties except as required to provide this feature. Users can disconnect at any time from the Meetings section of the app, which removes future Omnilert-created events, revokes the token with Google, and deletes the stored token. Access can also be revoked at any time from Google Account settings.

Omnilert coordinates employee schedules, team meetings, attendance, operational requests, verifications, audits, case reports, and reporting for companies that operate multiple branches. Employees are scheduled into meetings inside Omnilert as part of their work.

The Google Calendar integration lets an employee optionally link their own Google account so that the meetings Omnilert schedules for them also appear on their personal Google Calendar, with reminders, alongside the rest of their day. When a meeting is rescheduled, or the employee is added to or removed from it, Omnilert keeps the corresponding calendar event up to date automatically. Without the integration, employees must check Omnilert separately to see their meeting schedule.

This website is the home page of the Omnilert app itself — the same application that requests Google OAuth consent. It is hosted at https://omnilert.app/, the domain registered as an authorized domain for this OAuth client, and it is where employees of Omnilert Food and Beverages sign in to use the platform.

The intention of the app is to run the day-to-day operations of a branch-based business: scheduling staff, coordinating meetings, processing employee requests, and keeping operational records. The Google Calendar integration is one optional convenience feature within that platform, not the purpose of the app.

Omnilert's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: Google user data is used only to provide the calendar synchronization feature described above; it is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide that feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; it is not used for advertising; and no humans read this data except with the user's explicit consent, to resolve a support issue the user has raised, for security purposes, or where required by law.
